Best fit for workaholics who don't mind routines and non- value adding works as for most back office jobs are rather labour intensive given the systems are behind the times. For sure, if you can resist the temptation to fix issues under your nose, you can simply laid back and ask other to do what you wouldn't. As long as your supervisor doesn't realise or agree with it, you can still reclaim work- life balance.
Cons
Serious breach of Ofcom's rules in U.K., over £500m business & accounting frauds in Italy, and allegation of bid rigging in Hong Kong are telltale signs of many pitfalls of the Company. Together with disconnected systems, lose control and compliance check are the recipes of disaster.
