Pros
BTGS has the opportunity to become a premier global Professional Services and equipment supplier. They have enough OEM strategic partnerships to gain a foothold over other Telecom and Professional Services companies.
Cons
US BTGS does not have a strong strategic direction. The leadership does not understand the business. They are throwing "past experience" in their chosen fields at a problem that does not call for this type of strategy. Many strong people are continuing to exodus.
