Pros
Flexibility - the ability to work from home, or have flexible hours when needed is great. Also the people who work here, the actual workers, not management, are terrific.
Cons
Senior Management - no communication, no presence in the day-to-day life at BTC, no care/concern for the employees. HR - never around and when they are, they have no useful purpose - they simply repeat "go to the People System". New Leadership - are causing more people to feel like less of a team since they came onboard. They are never onsite, and when they are, its for such a small amount of time that most people don't know they've been here. Also, they focus their communications around one particular area - sales or the video business unit - making the conferencing staff feel completely left out.
