Not a happy experience - Designer BVM Employee Review

Very low pay. Pay rises were rare and when they did happen they were only a couple of percent. Management were very autocratic and poor. There was a blame culture within the organisation. The company is based on a shabby trading estate in the middle of know where so difficult to get to unless you have a car.
