Pros

I am still drinking the kool aide! The executives truly believe in our company's values and encourage a positive and open culture. Culture really comes from the top-down and that is how we roll at Bamboo! They are the most humble and amazing management team I have ever worked for. They are thoughtful about the benefits they give us and ensure they align with our company’s values. They have shown me time and again their appreciation for me as an individual and really care about my growth and success here. They are amazing! One of my favorite benefits is Paid Paid vacation! Who wouldn’t love getting paid to go on vacation! (This is different from the regular paid time off) Oh and talking about vacation at Bamboo is not voodoo. We talk about our paid paid vacations all the time! Also, we each get our birthday off! Say whaaaaat??!! I feel so lucky to be a Bambooligan every single day and love that I have found my ‘home’!!

Cons

I can't think of any!

Pros

If you find the right pockets of culture and leadership, you will LOVE it at Bamboo. The Marketing, Technology, HR, and Finance organizations have fantastic leaders who truly care about their employees. There are many opportunities to grow within these departments and career paths are clearly defined. Pay is not great, but the benefits are amazing.

Cons

There are SO many snakes in the grass here. Especially within the CX and Sales organizations. CX and Sales leaders are always looking for ways to hurt each other and they do - frequently. The organization is is going through a big growth phase, but it means that the pressure is INSANE right now. There are too many projects happening at once and no one cares about how it affects other areas of the org.
