      Good place to start in this field Tons of OT Coworkers are great If you work at a house overnight it is very easy Day program is boring - it’s basically like you’re baby sitting the kids in a classroom. Residential (homes) is fun & very easy as long as your manager is cool

      Bancroft is filled with people who have big hearts and love their job

      Cons

      People join young and stay for a long time without any professional development so many leaders do not have leadership skills even if they believe their heart is in the right place beause Bancroft does not provide this growth and instead continues to promote the best person available even if they aren't right for the job.
