Pros
Work environment is pretty relaxed - as long as you get your work done, people don't really bother you. The sales team is very supportive. Considering the majority of the company resides in the UK, it is pretty easy to get in touch with them and they are very responsive.
Cons
Upper management very clearly isn't interested in non-managerial employees; couldn't care less if they are happy or satisfied.
