Pros
- There is some genuinely great people that work in this company that have a diverse background of skills. - Happy days (additional leave) - Hybrid work (4 days in office)
Cons
- The leadership team are only ever looking to provide benefits that are free. They would never willingly invest in their employees. - Everyone is overworked and constantly making valid complaints about workloads which are never addressed. - We bring in some huge contracts but all that does is increase profits, no team members are added to support workloads. - The office is completely siloed, it’s as if it is 10 different companies (they just buy business and their clients). - Turnover is incredibly high, they provide a weekly update of staff leaving that has at least 3+ names per week.
