      Pros

      You are lucky if you stick here for long. Most people I knew were fired during multiple rounds of layoffs.

      Cons

      The job security was terrible. Employees were expected to handle stressful work for ridiculous pay. They were also expected to stay quiet when the arrogant leadership fired people on a whim. It was horrible.

      High turnover. Longevity would be better.
