Pros

Friendly people. City Centre location. Accessible Management. Flexible working is possible. Performance and attendance related bonuses which are achievable with reasonable effort and can add nearly 10% to your salary. Reasonable expectations set by friendly management. Regular promotion opportunities. There are far, far worse places to work than this.

Cons

Limited parking available which is dependent on shifts.

Bellrock has worked hard, and continues to work hard, on 'flattening' the structure across the organisation - some hierarchy will always be necessary but it shouldn't be an obstacle to achieving things...or to enjoying your job! Friendly and collaborative environment, with supportive colleagues and approachable management. Good opportunities to learn and develop skills across different areas.

Cons

Workload can occasionally be high during busy periods, and some processes could be more streamlined.
