Ok place to work. Contact Centre Managers are fair.
Cons
Some departments, such as Planned, do not have any people of colour employed. Maybe the Managers in that department do not like people of colour. I cant believe that people of colour have not applied for jobs in the Planned department.
Friendly people.
City Centre location.
Accessible Management.
Flexible working is possible.
Performance and attendance related bonuses which are achievable with reasonable effort and can add nearly 10% to your salary.
Reasonable expectations set by friendly management.
Regular promotion opportunities.
There are far, far worse places to work than this.
Cons
Limited parking available which is dependent on shifts.
Bellrock Response

Thank you so much for your very positive comments. It's brilliant that you clearly view your working environment as a pleasant and supportive one.
It's pleasing to hear you are enthusiastic and support the style of management in the office. Bellrock has worked hard, and continues to work hard, on 'flattening' the structure across the organisation - some hierarchy will always be necessary but it shouldn't be an obstacle to achieving things...or to enjoying your job!
We have taken on board your advice to Management and will continue to consult colleagues within the organisation as we expand together as without question our colleagues are without doubt our number 1 asset.
Thanks again!
