Pros

Some truly talented colleagues (most of whom were let go). You learn a lot about how not to run a company.

Cons

Mass layoffs with no warning: Dozens of employees, including high performers, were terminated with zero notice or explanation. One day you’re in a meeting, the next you’re locked out of your email. Toxic executive leadership: Upper management hides behind buzzwords like “restructuring” while making decisions that gut entire departments. Zero accountability. Lack of job security: No one is safe. Performance, loyalty, tenure – none of it matters. If you’re on the spreadsheet, you’re gone. Culture of fear: After the mass layoffs, the remaining employees are in survival mode. Morale is dead. Everyone’s just waiting for the next round. HR is useless: Don't expect support from HR - they’re just damage control, not employee advocates.

Pros

Cons

Again, I say go by your own gut feeling. Trust yourself to know what’s best for you.

Now the work I do here is engaging and enjoyable. I look forward to coming into work and interacting with my co-workers. The beginning was kinda rocky but over time it became one of the best jobs I’ve ever had.

Cons

Lack of incentives for individuals who wish to pursue further training/education outside o
