Pros

I LOVED working with the human aspect of Ben's Bells. It was an amazing experience getting to meet all these people and hear all their stories and see how kindness affected their lives. Everyone who worked in the studio was wonderful, and I learned so much.

Cons

Upper management sometimes loses sight of the goals of keeping kindness in the communities, and it usually seemed like we were selling kindness, especially around the major shopping holidays. Also they didn't seem to know how to spend money very well. Upper management was always kind to studio staff, but there were some pretty big misunderstandings.

Thank you for providing this insight into your time with the organization. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your work here and interacting with our wonderful community. We strive to highlight the importance of the tools for kindness sold in Shop KIND and that the income generated by the shop keeps our educational programming free to all participants. We will take your input into account and continue to prioritize communicating that information clearly to our staff and our supporters.

Pros

Organization puts full investment in their team culture of kindness. The employees set kindness and respect as a high priority. All the products are made with the best quality and creative makers. The retail shop is one of a kind. This is the best organization I have ever worked for.

Cons

As a nonprofit, employees wear many hats and are responsible for more than one job, however the culture is so kind that the sacrifice of time and effort is worth it.

Ben’s Bells company culture is one of kindness. The organization spends a great deal of time enriching the staff with kindness tools to adapt to the ever changing world.

Cons

As with many non profits, staff must wear many hats to accomplish goals.
