Pros
My company partnered with BenchMark 5 years ago after our Managing partner felt we had outgrown our infrastructure. Since our partnership with BenchMark, our brand SERC has exploded from 19 clinics to 50 clinics thanks to that support and infrastructure! I have seen so many talented Therapists and support staff take advantage of the opportunities this growth has provided. But, my favorite part is how BenchMark continues to keep the family atmosphere and attention to patient care in the forefront. One of our company goals for the past 2 years has been focusing on the patient's experience. We know there is lots of great therapy out there, but we want to provide excellent therapy in an environment that shows we care about each patient individually. A lot of companies claim they want to exceed expectations, but we focus on it every single day. After 5 years, I can personally say my business and my career has grown in this family and care-centered environment!
Cons
I feel our only con is we are human and do make mistakes at times. However, I feel we own up to them and work on quick service recovery to fix them.
