Pros
Benchmark treats their employees great! Upper management as far as regional directors go is great. Haven't met one yet that I didn't like. They care about their employees and go the extra mile to show it. Semi-yearly regional meetings (and parties, events, sports games) means that you get to meet others in person that you normally only communicate with via phone or email. They truly care about each employee, patient, and vendor that they interact with. Their continuous training is great. They have meetings in person, via conference call, and online videos at least weekly to give further training and updates. They also have multiple resources to reach out to for any questions, and more reports sent out through email than you can imagine. You always know where your numbers are. Your performance is not based on numbers alone, but it does help to know how you're doing and what things you can improve on.
Cons
They have a yearly charitable contribution to a charity (that you have no say in, it's chosen by the higher ups in the business office) that everyone is expected to participate in. This means that you plan events in your local community to raise money. Most of this is volunteer, which means UNPAID. Granted, they do give you 8 hours per year of paid time to use for volunteering, which is great, but the yearly charitable contribution is literally year long. 8 hours doesn't even come close to covering it. Volunteering is great, don't get me wrong, but 2 weekends (give or take) per month spent away from my family and not getting paid is too much for me.
