      I really like the companies development programs both clinical and leadership. I have had several opportunities to advance my skills in both areas.

      Cons

      We are growing and we will continue to grow. As a group the team needs to continue to work hard to maintain as well as continue to build on a great culture.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
