      Great people with an organized work environment. Colleagues were extremely helpful and cared about your success. Clinic Directors are well qualified and a joy to work under, as well as the therapists. I felt passionate about the company and what we did for people.

      Cons

      Never really had a negative experience.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
