      Great company initiative in encouraging and providing countless opportunities for growth and advancement as a physical therapist both on an individual basis as well as room for advancement within company.

      Patient caseload with primary patient population being workers compensation and MVA.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
