My experience: on hand therapy week a can of mixed nuts was put on my table with "happy hand therapy week " written in marker on the lid. Period. That's it. I was criticized for not going to lunch with others often enough. When I said that another clinician goes less often than me, I was told that because he was the only male in the clinic he deserved special consideration. Sitting in a car with management hearing derogatory things being said about me because she didn't know I was there.
