Pros

The job was close to home. It was the job setting I prefer to work in. My immediate coworkers were good to work with.

Cons

Upper management beyond the clinic director. The company is all about numbers, and not concerned with quality care for the patients.

Pros

Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

Cons

Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
