      Reasonable productivity expectations. Excellent continuing education benefits. Internal residency/fellowship opportunities. Structured leadership training. Competitive pay for staff clinicians and clinic directors.

      Cons

      Frequently changing processes for front office. Corporate bureaucracy can be cumbersome to deal with.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
