      Pros

      I will always look back fondly on my time at Benchmark and met a lot of wonderful people! Being a float at several locations and skilled in two different types of work ensured I was able to get variety in my days as well. I also learned a lot about my health just by being in that kind of environment.

      Cons

      As far as medical jobs go, Benchmark pays less than hospital owned physical therapy practices in the same area.

      Pros

      Patients are awesome, wonderful rapport with patients. Consistent bonuses for regular FT employees. Everyone I worked with at a few clinics were definitely feeling the same way and we bonded quickly. Definitely a loyal employee magnet.

      Cons

      Busy. PTAs see more than PTs. Thats the cost of $60k/$90k salary gap. They keep the schedule 2-3 an hour. Most clinic directors are nice but definitely overworked. I’m a PTA and was worked like a PT. I would think twice before taking travel contract with Benchmark again.-
