Way too many tasks for one person, it’s like alol areas of a front and back office in a normal medical practice being done by one person at one time. I didn’t mind the work until it began to far out weigh the pay. The poor woman who took the role after me would reach out with questions or to vent, and told me she had to work hours after close on her late shifts, while clocked out, because of course over time is not allowed, and would be there until 10pm when the practice closed at 7. Just to meet the expectations of management who clearly does not understand the work they’re asking for. And the promised “bonus” for meeting all your numbers, which they don’t disclose the amount of before hand, is pathetic. $50 is a meal these days. It’s unkind and unjust to pretend that is a real bonus for anyone. It’s essentially JUST better than nothing. And for the work it takes to get to it is insane.
The director was very inexperienced in managing people and different personalities. Riyaz was the only good director I encountered.
