      Good opportunity to work on government contracts and enter government jobs.

      Cons

      They have a strict salary range. Little to no promotions. They offer no sick days and will have to use PTO for any holidays or weather closures. They do not properly accommodate those with disabilities. The work you do with clearance the pay should be equivalent,

      Pros

      Pay is over average. The command and military personnel are supportive of flex telework to take care of family. Job is what you make it. Plan your own travel instead of going through agent/concur.

      Cons

      Poor corporate leadership and micromanagement from PM. SOW needs to be written tailored to each Command. Job description won't match the actual work needed to be done. Expectations are high without any type of instruction. Travel is extensive when it comes to execution of experimentation events. 3-4 weeks at a time. PTO is below average.
