Very small team, but that makes communication channels easy to navigate across the org. It's easy to make an impact and things happen quickly. Fun to see the company grow and the brand become more refined over time.

This company has gone through a lot of change over the last several years. You need to be a problem solver, as there are a lot of road blocks presented by the owning company.
