This company values employees who work to deliver things. And those who can learn on their own and deliver things are the preferred lot. But value every one who comes to work with right attitude. This makes every employee very competent than the other company employees.

They have technically competent team, so it is very difficult to work if you have average or below average IQ levels. They treat all employees with respect but they have a zero tolerance for people who come with wrong attitude or behaviour. And the people who are terminated may be writing wrong reviews, but their exit policies and ethics are good for right performing employees.
