Pros

They offer you health insurance, discounts on merchandise, and perks for the shooting range and skiing/snowboarding discounts.

Cons

The training is minimum and incomplete. As a Trainee you are primarily responsible for the shoe department. Its hectic and its unorganized. You need to know that you are responsible for a lot but do not have the resources.

Pros

Most employees were really fun to work with, life/work balance was great, taught me good life skills, good first job for work experience.

Cons

Barely got scheduled (pretty sure my location was way over employed), occasional rude and entitled costumers (especially during the holidays), could get very slow and boring at times, sketchy area, overal, not a great job if you're looking for something that pays well.
