Pros

Good health Insurance, lots of promotion opportunities, job is relatively simple as long as you are not stupid or lazy.

Cons

You are forced to do a lot of labor with a minimal staff and still expected to dress like an investment banker. They allow people with no knowledge of firearms to become licensed to handle and sell them. They really only hire young, and good looking people, regardless of someone's qualifications and experience. If you do well and get promoted quickly, you will sit stagnant for a very long time so they can avoid paying you any more. Years in with company means nothing to them when it's time to reprimand. On several occasions I've seen dedicated senior managers get fired over the accusations of newer part time staff with little to no investigation.

Pros

Most employees were really fun to work with, life/work balance was great, taught me good life skills, good first job for work experience.

Cons

Barely got scheduled (pretty sure my location was way over employed), occasional rude and entitled costumers (especially during the holidays), could get very slow and boring at times, sketchy area, overal, not a great job if you're looking for something that pays well.
