Pros
The location was convenient. That's about it.
Cons
Nothing works because nobody knows who's supposed to do what. You'll get three different answers from three different people about the same task, which honestly gets old real fast. Projects just kind of exist in limbo while people shuffle things back and forth, and then suddenly you're behind and it's somehow everyone's fault and nobody's fault at the same time. Documentation doesn't exist and nothing runs on anything resembling a system — it's all unwritten rules and whoever yells loudest gets their way. I spent most of my time trying to figure out how things actually worked instead of actually doing the work. By the end I just stopped caring because caring meant stressing over a mess that wasn't mine to fix anyway.
