Company thinks they are cooler than they are. Lot's of levels and nepotism and politics at this company. Way too top-heavy, leadership is disconnecting and have no clue how to go to market. I was blindsided and laid off with many others on my sales team recently, with NO severance, (a few of us have families/kids) not even 2 weeks severance. Gave new AE's a $1.75m quota, which was ridiculous as the average sized deal was $60k and took 5-7 months to close. Marketing was a ghost, no air cover or leads in my 9 months I was there. They probably spent over a million dollars on Cleveland, Oh. based Marketing per year with the Cleveland Browns & Cleveland Cavaliers and a golfer who ranks 100. Monday morning Sales Meetings were a beat down each week. Always great to start the week off on a negative note to go sell. Company operates in Silos, culture is non-existent and politics plays a big role at this company. If you are not in the inner circle, your chances here are slim and none. Only 2 out of 20 reps hit there number and yep, those reps are located near Ohio and received most if not all inbound leads.
