Incredible opportunity to work on cutting edge medical devices. The company primarily engages with early-stage startups has been continuously growing and sourcing new opportunities. Engineers can work on a variety of problems across different stages of medical devices development and manufacturing. Management is invested in their employees and supports their growth and development.

Fast-paced environment is not for everybody

-tasked to work on a variety of projects & gain a variety of experiences

-never paid on time (always 2 weeks late) & had to constantly remind to get paid -micromanaged -was not treated like an actual employee or part of the organization -still new to the industry but ridiculed for my work so it was discouraging -disrespect is common amongst interns, lab techs, etc. -limited organization growth & future outlook -lack of respect of employees time This is a good place to start if you're new to the industry, but I would not recommend staying here for more than 1-2 years.
