Come and go as you please, minimal discipline, take on projects you want but don't have to, laid back family like, steer your career where ever you want it to go
Cons
No raises as part of reviews or ever, you have to come up with a new job title and role with more responsibility and sell it yourself to upper-management to get a raise, it's much easier just to find a different job. No accountability or discipline which harbors lazy employees, therefore others have to pick up the slack and if they don't they are seen as not being team players. No resources, you are expected to do everything even clean your work space and locker room.
