      Pros

      The people who work at INDG are very smart and helpful, pantry is a nice to have and the benefits are great.

      Cons

      KPI’s are the same for everyone regardless if you book new logo or expansion even though it’s much more difficult to book new logo accounts which creates immense pressure on those supporting new logo teams.

      Nice building, inclusive and diverse, free food, fair salary, free culture pass, stable environment, all government holidays off.

      Cons

      Little to no upward mobility, murky response about how to advance, employees easily siloed, strict 4-day RTO policy and 8 hours minimum in the office
