Pros
I have none. Pay is alright. No raises.. no 401k matching which they said they offer but they don’t offer it... the company tends to throw snowballs every day on production goals and not enough inventory for recipes. Workers refuse acknowledge their job description and refuse to lift anything more then 20 pounds.
Cons
Besides supervisors beating you verbal to meet qouta, bathroom breaks are checked, if production isn’t met at their objective goal they check people for their performance and give out verbal warnings.
