Pros
Peers become wonderful friends and benefits are decent
Cons
Tenured employees are not valued and moved upward in company. Employees that have been working for less than a year have been promoted when those who have been working with the company longer are passed up for opportunities. The mental health of employees is not taken care of and the work load and stressors do not match the pay given. "Company wide holidays" aren't actually company wide, as you will have to work most holidays. This leaves an entire group of employees (CS agents who honestly have probably one of the toughest jobs at the company) excluded from being considered part of the company. Every move you make is being watched and monitored. You get 15 minutes a week allowed to use the restroom and your bathroom breaks are timed. Metric levels that are too high decide how good of an employee you are, despite the millions of other aspects of being a good employee that aren't factored in. Middle-management is poor and upper management does NOT know what they're doing when it comes to valuing long-term employees and utilizing them to their full potential. Their focus on solely metrics as a judgement of performance is ignorant to keeping high value employees with the company. If you value your mental health, do NOT work here.
