Pros
-Good, smart folks in middle management -Decent perks and work life balance -Some people can work remote but not all -Decent pay
Cons
The company is living on borrowed time. The stock has fallen over 90% since IPO. Originally valued at close to $2b and now $30m. Company is dangerously close to running out of cash and morale is at an all time low. Share price is below $1 so at risk of being delisted (and this is after a 15:1) stock split previously. The meal kit business just isn’t a good model now. When first started , didn’t have Uber eats and there are so many other meal solutions today. The senior leadership team has been a revolving door and the CEO really has no idea what she is doing. I joined in 2019 and things were different - it’s not a company I would want to be a part of now. There is no end goal for this company outside of a fire sale or bankrupcy.
