Thank you for your review. We definitely agree on the pros - our company culture is credited to our amazing people and yes, our marketing team is world-class! For a small company, we are actually quite proud of our benefits. We offer employer-sponsored insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k match, and all the tools a recruiter could possibly need at no cost to them. As far as our managers go, we appreciate the feedback. We recently hired a new team member who is focused on performance and is exploring any areas that may be less than excellent.
