Pros
There are very few pros to working for Bluehawk. In fact, all of the "pros" are completely based on the customer (flexible work schedule for instance)
Cons
Bluehawk offers way below average PTO earn rate that resets to 0 at the end of each contract year (which is July 1). This means that you will have exactly 5 days for your thanksgiving/christmas/new years leave IF you did not take a single day through the year. You also will have 0 PTO for any summer vacations after July 1st. There is no PTO carry over year-to-year either. The medical benefits, while good, are extremely expensive and nearly twice the cost of comparable companies. They offer no yearly raises, no bonuses, no holiday gifts/bonuses, not even a "happy holidays" email for most holidays. The best was to explain it is that my contract lost 16 people in 8 months. That is a horrid turnover rate that the company should start considering addressing.
