Pros

Despite some really heavy-handed changes from the new corporate masters (Endurance International Group), we still have a lot of great people working here, and they are the best reason to work at Bluehost.

Cons

Constantly shifting priorities. Multiple "most important" projects at once. Organization chart juggling. Watching dear friends and great colleagues leave for greener pastures. Perverse incentives created through commissions. Accountability to arbitrary statistics instead of results.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at Bluehost. The company genuinely cares about its customers and invests heavily in supporting small business owners, which makes the work feel meaningful. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, and I’ve had strong opportunities to grow professionally through increased responsibility, cross-functional projects, and leadership development. The culture is collaborative and supportive, especially across teams. There’s a strong focus on continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and empowering employees to bring ideas forward. Work-life balance is respected, and flexibility is treated as a norm rather than a perk. Bluehost is a great place to work if you enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and being part of a company that supports entrepreneurs and small businesses. I’m grateful for the growth opportunities and the people I get to work with every day.

Cons

Like any large, fast-moving company, priorities can shift quickly, and there’s always a lot happening at once. This can be challenging at times, but it also creates opportunities to learn and stretch.
