The culture and time spent on educating both new-hires and experienced hires is amazing. I transitioned to Bluewolf based on the feedback on the culture, and the organization delivered on that promise and more. Bluewolf resources are trained on not only the technology and strategy required to deliver the best client experience possible, but also on emotional intelligence to best engage with colleagues and client resources. This organization will only get better with the support of IBM and the transition has been excellent, and seamless. This organization invests in their resources and gives them time to onboard and acclimate to the environment; there is high respect for the individual.
