Pros
you meet some amazing staff colleagues from all over the world - all walks of life the interior design side really put alot of effort in staying up to date and on song with the latest trends. The knowledge learned really makes you feel good and equipped to deal with customers.
Cons
some of the furniture has ikea like quality and is not as luxury based as you are lead to think with the very high prices!
