Pros
Solid benefits with 401(k), insurance, flexible schedules, unlimited PTO. Some truly great coworkers.
Cons
It's hard to put into words just how dramatically this company has fallen from their greatest highs. Where once there was a great focus on the customer and providing them guidance and value to reach their goals, the new view towards the customer is, and this is a direct quote from the Chief Digital Officer, "Forget about them, if they aren't giving us money I don't care about them." And that really should tell you all you need to know, but it gets so much worse. Executive management disregards any employee that disagrees with them, as the CDO is absolutely certain he's the smartest guy in the room, the levels of micromanagement are through the roof, the lack of respect or collaboration from leaders to their employees can't be explained, you would have to see it to believe it. The employee turnover rate is astronomical, even without the layoffs they just went through. The 5 dysfunctions of a team are in full display here, and no one in leadership seems to be aware or care. They are circling the drain, and it is painful to watch a once great company destroy itself through mismanagement.
