      Pros

      I often use the word FAMILY when describing Bombas. Open, fun atmosphere where work gets done, but able to connect and build strong relationships with coworkers. Company is growing like crazy. Benefits include things like happiness events and company retreats.

      Cons

      Start up growing pains as normal start ups, but the company is good about addressing, and making good on any issues.

      Pros

      Coworkers are good people, but I can't say the same things for leadership!

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent, but they act as if they do everything all by themselves! Employees do all the hard work, but leadership takes credit for all of it and treats them as nothing more than cannon fodders! Even if you were desperate for a job, I wouldn't recommend working here under any circumstances!
