Pros

International experience and travel opportunity

Cons

You can get fancy job title since there's no one to promote in the company. You can be a director in 2 yrs from being a part-timer. No bonuses given and only benefit is Multisport card. Very toxic working environment even most toxic place from my experience. Fake environment too since they want you to act and look happy. Everyone in this company is tired, frustrated and with anxiety. But people will mask it because senior managers won't like it you are complaining. Senior management is a combination of worse attitude or pushovers. Very high turnover rate. They have office in China and some people working from Ukraine and Russia. They say it's international but international employees are leaving. They like to pretend work/life balance exists and would tell during interviews they support this. Don't believe this because it's a trap. This doesn't exist. Senior management expects you to work overtimes all the time even during weekends and holidays without proper compensation. If you say no to them they will mark you bad in performance. They will accept a lot of projects but they keep on loosing people so expect a lot of workload. No proper training provided. You will have to find your way. If you ask questions, they will make you feel that you are bothering them.

Pros

Despite the challenges, there are several positives worth mentioning. The role allows you to travel a lot, which can be energizing if you enjoy being on the move and meeting new people. There’s definitely room to grow, both professionally and personally, especially if you take initiative and push yourself. The team on the ground is friendly, and people at lower levels tend to be genuinely helpful — often more so than the leadership. Day-to-day collaboration can be pleasant thanks to colleagues who understand the workload and try to support each other where they can. You also get the opportunity to meet high-level executives from major companies, which can be inspiring and valuable for building your network. If you’re the type of person who is obsessed with work, loves high performance, and doesn’t mind pouring a lot of energy into your job, this environment will recognize and appreciate that drive.

Cons

Working here is an experience defined by constant pressure and a pace where priorities change almost daily. Instead of trusting people to do their jobs, there’s micromanagement from the board level, often down to unnecessary details. The company likes to present itself as a friendly, “family-like” environment, but in reality it’s nowhere close. The culture is built around perform or leave, not around genuine support or authenticity. Everything needs to be fake-positive, even when people are visibly struggling or burned out. They often talk about support, but when it comes to real action, they back away. Another frustrating layer is how many people openly act as if they could do your job better than you, despite clearly struggling with their own responsibilities. Instead of collaboration, it fosters competition, insecurity, and unnecessary tension. A lot of the toxicity comes from the fact that many employees are overloaded, burned out, and micromanaged to the last detail. Even colleagues who genuinely want to help often can’t — they simply have too much on their own plate. On top of that, the company’s success is highly dependent on external economic and macroeconomic conditions, which increases overall instability and stress. Overall, it’s a demanding environment where expectations are extremely high, meaningful support is lacking, and the internal culture falls far short of the values the company claims to stand for.
