Pros

New experience, New people, Flexible working time

Cons

Chaotic method of working with part-timers, they simply do not have necessary program or plan for teaching new people, so if you are new assistant EVERYTHING will depend on your managers (which are sometimes quite too busy to explain you your task properly)

Pros

International experience and travel opportunity

Cons

You can get fancy job title since there's no one to promote in the company. You can be a director in 2 yrs from being a part-timer. No bonuses given and only benefit is Multisport card. Very toxic working environment even most toxic place from my experience. Fake environment too since they want you to act and look happy. Everyone in this company is tired, frustrated and with anxiety. But people will mask it because senior managers won't like it you are complaining. Senior management is a combination of worse attitude or pushovers. Very high turnover rate. They have office in China and some people working from Ukraine and Russia. They say it's international but international employees are leaving. They like to pretend work/life balance exists and would tell during interviews they support this. Don't believe this because it's a trap. This doesn't exist. Senior management expects you to work overtimes all the time even during weekends and holidays without proper compensation. If you say no to them they will mark you bad in performance. They will accept a lot of projects but they keep on loosing people so expect a lot of workload. No proper training provided. You will have to find your way. If you ask questions, they will make you feel that you are bothering them.
