Pros

Easy and straight forward job.

Cons

Long hours and short staffed. Most that have come and go rarely worked hours they were scheduled and then complain about hours. Or would want part time but signed up for full time. Little work life balance due to when we were fully staffed, people constantly called in.

They pay me on time.

Cons

Horrendous benefits. It's essentially emergency insurance. They pay for very little of it and there is no option besides the high deductible plan. They want to be a modern company while having a culture from the 1980s.
