Pros
If you work the evening shifts, you'll be working nonstop, turning tables, and getting that good tip money.
Cons
Not paid a living wage. So when there were no customers, I was on the clock working for $2.50 an hour. This included rolling 75 silverware rolls (unless I wanted to pay NOT to do it), opening responsibilities, and the very worst, at least an hour of clean up. You couldn't leave until everyone could go, there was no set list for who did what closing responsibilities, and then every server had to line up in front of the manager's office so she could check your receipts for the night. I hated never knowing when I'd get to leave, what I was responsible for, and only getting paid a couple of dollars for that atrocious hour.
