Despite its size Bose is a family like atmosphere. Several members of senior management have been there since the company was formed by Dr. Bose. Generally your managers care about you and your development. Great coworkers who know their stuff and are passionate about the industry and the company. When times are good they do great things to reward their employees with, contests to win products, sales organization meetings in places like the Doral resort in Miami. There is a legitimate effort to diversify their product offerings into other industries other than Home Entertainment.
Cons
Hard to advance due to employee retention. Many middle managers have been with the company for over 15 years making it hard to move up from entry level positions.
