Pros
Down time, entertaining demos running on the systems while you work.... the biggest pro? that im leaving in the next month or so.
Cons
Good luck achieving your bonuses or getting a decent raise. Terrible management stacks up and covers each others backs at the expense of the guys/gals actually making the sales. No real chance of promotion and terrible pay for the industry.
