Great History, with a passion for engineering and innovation. Cares about employees, with great benefits and holiday. Values and misson statements actually mean something, which has led to an employee base who are passionate about what they do.
Cons
Leaders don't always seem to be recruited for their leadership qualities. Poor decisions in recent years have led to a broken brand identity, hopefully this will be fixed in the future.
